PENERIMAAN SISWA BARU MTs AR ROHMAN 01 BULU TAHUN PELAJARAN 2015/2016
MTs Ar Rohman 01 Bulu7 membuka Pendaftaran Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016, dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:
A. Persyaratan Umum
- Mengisi formulir pendaftaran, Formulir bisa di download di sini ..
- Foto terbaru berwarna ukuran 3x4 sebanyak empat lembar dan dibagian belakang diberi nama/identitas
- Fotokopi Akte Kelahiran 1 lembar
- Fotokopi Kartu Keluarga (KK) 1 lembar
- FotokopiIJAZAH dan SKHUN 1 lembar
- Fotokopi Kartu NISN atau Surat Keterangan belum memiliki NISN dari kepala SD/MI asal bagi yang belum memiliki NISN
Pendaftaran dibuka mulai 15 Juni s/d 15 Juli 2015
Pendaftaran sewaktu-waktu akan ditutup jika kuota sudah terpenuhi.
C. Pelaksanaan Tes Seleksi
- Mendaftar, langsung tes seleksi
- Materi tes: Matematika, IPA, Bahasa Inggris, Wawancara dan Mengaji
- Pengumuman hasil tes bisa ditunggu hari itu juga
